Aria is Airwork's AI-powered assistant that understands natural language. Instead of manually setting filters, just describe what you need.

Finding talent with Aria

1. From the Home screen, click inside the Aria text box
2. Type a description of who you're looking for — for example: "Need a senior React developer, 3+ years experience, remote, $2000–3000/month"
3. Click Find talent
4. Aria will parse your request and redirect you to the Talent Network with the appropriate filters applied
5. You'll see a filtered list of matching candidates, with active filter chips at the top showing what Aria extracted
6. Click Reset all to clear the filters and start over

Tip: Be as specific as possible. Include skills, experience level, budget, work arrangement, and availability. The more detail you give Aria, the better the matches.

Posting a job with Aria

1. From the Home screen, click inside the Aria text box
2. Describe the role you want to hire for
3. Click Post a job
4. This takes you directly to the job creation wizard
