Talent Network
The Talent Network is Airwork's curated pool of pre-vetted candidates that you can browse, filter, and invite to apply for your jobs — even before posting a job.
Go to Talent Network in the sidebar.

| Talent | Name, photo, verified badge (blue checkmark), and a link arrow to their full profile |
| Experience | Total professional experience (e.g., "4 yrs 10 mos") |
| Expectation | Monthly salary expectation in USD (e.g., "$2,000/mo") |
| Vetted skills | Skills verified by Airwork, shown as green tags (e.g., "React.js", "Node.js", "TypeScript") |
| Availability | Work arrangement preferences: Full-time, Part-time, and/or Project |
| Action | Invite button to invite the candidate to apply for one of your jobs |
Use the Search with name bar to find a specific candidate. Columns with sort arrows (↕) can be clicked to sort.
Filtering talent
Click the Filters button in the top-right to open the filter panel.

Standard Filters:
Inviting a candidate to apply
- Click the Invite button on their row in the Talent Network list
- Select which job you'd like to invite them to apply for
- The candidate receives a notification about your job
You can also invite from inside a candidate's full profile — click their name, then the Invite button.
Tip: Use Aria from the Home screen to quickly find matching talent. Type something like "Need a senior React developer, 3+ years, remote" and click Find talent. Aria will auto-apply the right filters for you.
